From Brockenstraße, the Tourist Information Centre can be reached via a few steps.

You can reach the entrance without steps via Hermann-Löns-Weg (road with longitudinal gradient) to the left of the Tourist Information Centre.

The customer car park is located in Hermann-Löns-Weg directly behind the Tourist Information building.

For longer stays, please use the public car parks in the town.
 

There are public toilets on the opposite side of the road at the bus stop. The toilet facility has a toilet for people with disabilities. This can be opened with a Euro key. There is also a toilet for men and women. Access is with a 50 cent coin.

Through the side entrance (Marktstraße), you can access a city map with information on hosts in Wernigerode. You can pick up a free city map (monthly tips) from the Tourist Information Centre during opening hours.

A tactile city map for visually impaired visitors is located in front of the entrance door to the Tourist Information Centre on the market square.

Literature about Wernigerode and the Harz Mountains, hiking and cycling maps and souvenirs are available in our online shop or at the Tourist Information Centre.

You can pay for goods purchased at our Tourist Information Centre by cash, EC card or credit card (VISA, MasterCard).

Invoicing is possible in our dispatch service. Tickets ordered from us for dispatch will be sent by prepayment.

Guests can use a touchscreen to view information such as the current timetables for the Harz narrow-gauge railway or the weather situation on the Brocken.

A WLAN network is available on the premises of the Tourist Information Centre. This is free of charge for all users.
